The 3-1-1 Citizen Service Center's Mission is to:

Give the public responsive and easy access to all of Springfield's government services;

Maintain high-quality customer service levels.

Allow departments to focus and improve their processes and provide the residents of Springfield with a well managed and proficient government; and,

Provide thoughts for improving City government through accurate and consistent measurement of service delivery.
