Q: How long does the adoption process take?

A: The actual paperwork and discussion for an adoption takes about 45 minutes to an hour.  However, there may be a wait due to processing an adoption application, waiting for spay/neuter surgery or for all family members to meet a dog/cat or  for some other reason.  Because adding a pet to the family is a big decision, we ask that you allow yourself plenty of time to spend with us at the adoption center.
