Q: Q: There is a stray dog near my home/where I am shopping /at my friend's home. Who should I contact?
 

A: If the dog was found in Springfield, Chicopee or Holyoke, TJO will respond.  Our officers can pick the dog up or you can bring the dog to our shelter.
