Q: Do you accept volunteers?

A: We rely heavily on volunteers every day to provide for the animals in our care.  We have many volunteer opportunities available.  Prospective volunteers attend an orientation which is held 6 times throughout the year.  More information is available on our website or you may call our volunteer hotline at 413-886-5188.  Miniumum age for volunteering directly with the animals is 18.  Occassionally, we have special projects that do not involve animal that younger volunteers are welcomed.
